Loading indicator while waiting to get data from FT #46

Chris,

If this indicator would be executed everytime FT is queried, should it be called/removed in the query utility itself?

I really like your approach, but I ended up moving it into the header. The absolute positioning of the loading indicator looked janky on the iphone. Where I ended up putting it, it's barely noticeable, but the more I've used it the less concerned I am about even having a loading indicator. I mostly leave it in only for future uses.
