Added Torsten Kröger as the first jury member.

The section on judgement criteria for Torsten is still commented out, I assume for a good reason? Otherwise good.

The judgement criteria is the same as the one for prof Waibel. Is this correct? And the bio from Kröger is quite long, so I wasn't sure if it would look good (the same question for the other bio's).

We have to think of an appropriate wording for the judging criteria. That was just the very first idea. Sooner or later we could implement similar blocks like in the categories section, or have a separate page for each jury member and only a small bio in the overview.

For now I think we can merge this.
