[Bug] Judge stats should update on judge add #176

What Happened?

These don't update when you add a judge. We should refresh the stats whenever we finish updating a judge.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the admin dashboard
  2. Go to Judge tab > Add Judges
  3. Add a judge
  4. The numbers don't change!

What device(s) are you seeing this issue on?

Possible Solutions

Simply call the get judge stats api endpoint to refresh the stats.
