New design system #130

I have created a design system on the fly in Figma when started. Now more familiar with the product and use cases, doing UI optimisations and accommodating tailwind components, I decided it's a great time to create a new, more useful design system. It will be easier for the team to access and use the component library to discuss ideas.

This sounds like a good idea. I would like the design system to eventually be developed & maintained in React, rather than Figma (I don't want to maintain two design systems!), but I understand it may take awhile to get to that point.
