When trying to integrate HACS with my Home Assistant (Core version) 2024.10.3 I'm getting an "Error Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble" error.

Reproduction steps

  1. Install HACS using core version following this instruction: https://www.hacs.xyz/docs/use/download/download/#to-download-hacs-core
  2. Restart Home Assistant
  3. Try to add integration in Home Assistant 2024.10.3 using this instruction: https://www.hacs.xyz/docs/use/configuration/basic/

Seems like a Home Assistant issue because at this point HACS is not configured yet. This issue might give you some pointers: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/127359
