Scheduler should change semester without having to press "change semester" #181

Cause why should a user have to select what semester they want to view, and then click yet another button?

Here is a prototype of the change, but it performs a page reload on change, which leads to some weirdness. https://github.com/hacsoc/the_jolly_advisor/compare/master...JKobyP:issue181
