WWW: encoder_ticks_per_sec documentation/files are off. #29

On Step 9 of the Speed Encoder tutorial

Following the posted instructions does not create a /hadabot_lesson/en_ticks_per_sec_left topic after step 5

However, running

ros2 run hadabot_lesson_py solution_encoder_ticks_per_sec

(notice the prefix of solution_) will successfully create the topic .
