Cannot upload micropython firmware successfully - blink test does not work #32

Using the directions at: https://www.hadabot.com/setup-esp32-flash-micropython.html

I've tried uploading both: https://micropython.org/resources/firmware/esp32-20220117-v1.18.bin and the latest from: https://micropython.org/download/esp32/

When I upload the firmware on the micropython.org esp32 download page above, it works fine and the test script works from the web application (blinking lights test script).
