Hey, we need a little more than this to block them. Have a link to their profiles at all?

Could you provide profile IDs? http://i.imgur.com/D8bDTGE.png To get this you go to users googleplus page. You can navigate to it from youtube channel page also by clicking on G+ (on the top right part of the page).
