As an interviewer, I would like to have the ability to see the statuses of the applicants, so I can see in what stage of the process they are, and what is the information that was collected about them until now. Moreover, I want to send a questionnaire for each stage, so I would be able to collect data on the candidates. After sending questionnaires, I would like to have to have the option to grade each candidate questionnaire, so I would be able to pick who passes to the next stage. Furthermore, I want to be able to filter candidates by status, so I would be able to know which candidates have the same status. Finally, I want to have the ability to edit and change each stage, so the selection process would be dynamic and easily modified.
