In working on the next version, the project structure was reorganized.

Performed file sharing between SourceGenerator, SourceGeneraotr.Roslyn3
- This still has room for improvement.
New tests/ solution folder has been created.
- Since there is a possibility that more projects will be added, we made it possible to isolate code that will not be released for the time being.
Corrected settings in launchSettings.json. Deleted unnecessary files. Other.
