the user provides a main UNIPROT ID and other secondary UNIPROT IDs
we align the sequences of all of them
we extract the interfaces available for the secondary UNIPROT IDs and project them on the main sequence
then the standard workflow continues

it should be useful to analyse the interactome of related protein families
