This replacement happens because for some reason freesasa-sys triggers a build everytime. This slows down the development since on every save we need to wait ~10s for the checks to be done.
I've (manually) checked a few cases and the values given by freesasa-rs and rust-sasa are slighty different but seem to correlate - might need a deeper check at some point
