Z-surface and restraints definition

Would be nice to have:

• a dedicated tool the generate shape beads in a Z surface
• corresponding restraints to make a protein sit flat

Actually the plane should be defined on the x,y plane and centered at the origin. Also if multiple planes are generated, they should be spread in the z direction, both in the negative and positive directions
