Nowadays B-factors are routinely used to encode residue-level model uncertainties/accuracies (ex. Alphafold's plDDT). Within HADDOCK, B factors are currently overwritten, therefore making it not possible to check them during the workflow.

it would be nice to have a topoaa parameter that controls whether the b-factors should be overwritten during topology generation.
