How to add insertion codes on PDB #165

Hi all, I need to add insertion codes into my PDB and I don't know how to add them. In my search I just found on PDB-tools an option to remove them. I want to ask if PDB-tools have any option to add insertion codes or if you know how I can add them. Thank you very much for your help! Best, Ana

We don’t have any tool that will do that I am afraid.

Of course you can use some of the pdb-tools to renumber part of your structure.
