Let's make a Rush command that does the following:

checks if any package's version does not align with hades-ts/hades's version
checks if any package's workspace dependencies do not align with hades-ts/hades' version
checks if any package's local version mismatches its latest release (needs releasing)
shows the local and released version of each package
packages in the report are listed in topologically sorted order (why not heh)

Update: rush versions command still exists, but rush audit was removed
