Next Auth implementation (WIP)

Currently WIP for some reason the app won't communicate with the API, need to work out why.

• Implemented Auth0 flow using next auth
• Implemented refresh token
• Auth required page added
• Added custom login/logout pages
• Updated api calls to include JWT
