Implement GTM tracking

• Use an environment variable for the GTM container ID
• If the variable is set, include the GTM JS snippet in the head, inserting the env GTM ID in the appropriate places
• If the variable is set, include the GTM
• Create methods for sending custom events to GTM
  • In a component (i.e. a custom react hook or similar)
  • In services/custom code (probably needs a service of its own that can be imported)

We'll assume the following:

• Tracking "page views" and client navigation will be handled in GTM by configuring a custom "page view" trigger using the "history change" event.
• Any other tracking (GA4, HotJar, etc.) will be injected appropriately using GTM

@hades200082 I can't really think of a use case for this being needed. Have you got an example?

From my experience GTM tracking will more often than not happen client side as most of the actions that need to be tracked will require some form of interaction by the user. So in my opinion a custom hook will suffice.
