Is there an event in gnome-shell that I can subscribe to and get notified when screen orientation changed? Thank you

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, but iio-sensor-proxy does. This is the API documentation: https://developer.gnome.org/iio-sensor-proxy/2.3/
