I am not running a desktop manager like gnome which already takes care of screen orientation for you.
iio-sensor-proxy works on my surface book 2 (debian buster). I can see the orientation changes with sensor-monitor.
However, I would like to use the iio-sensor-proxy output (like sensor-monitor displays it) to trigger a script to automatically change the screen orientation (e.g. with xrandr).
Hello,
I am not running a desktop manager like gnome which already takes care of screen orientation for you.
iio-sensor-proxy works on my surface book 2 (debian buster). I can see the orientation changes with sensor-monitor.
However, I would like to use the iio-sensor-proxy output (like sensor-monitor displays it) to trigger a script to automatically change the screen orientation (e.g. with xrandr).
How can I do that ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
