Bugs in the app

There are small things I encounter during testing for different issues, that should be addressed (and not forgotten). This list will be updated with time.

• [x] Comparison plot is not showing values for some time points where the global control is not selected. maybe some filtering issue? or lacking 'as.numeric' conversion sometime?
• [x] filtering the time points should be fixed. the available time points should be bigger than global in control (from the settings page).
• [x] lacking p value correction in differential plot. This can be added now, but hidden if the t-student option is not selected.
• [x] show on the differential plots the states (in legend probably)

Ad. 1. solved, it was exactly that. After I added 'multiple times' to select input, it has to be converted as it was not done automatically.
