Coverage heatmap + uncertainty as quality control #125

As I think about it, this may be a good way to see the regions where there is a big change between the replicates. Or płaszczaki!

I implemented it but in a form of woods/manhattan plot - to see the regions where uncertainty is higher when 1 Da. I've chosen this threshold as it is 1 hydrogen exchanged and that high uncertainty can mess with the results. Of course, the smaller the better.

I'm adding it to the GUI in the uncertainty tab in time-based data.
