Download deuterium uptake curves #54

There should be a possibility to download the deuterium curves of all the peptides (one uptake curve per peptide, with biological states), as it is usually included in a supplement of the publication.

There should be two options: download a zipped folder with all the plots separately or one file with all the plots plotted in a grid. Each plot should have in the title the peptide sequence and its position in the protein sequence.

This is a request from MD.

Options to discuss:

block the y axis for the same values for the plots (currently it depends on the data).
adjustment of x/y range from the settings?
labels from the user? the title cannot be edited as it is bonded with the variables from the plot.
just state legend (changes in plot_kinetics)
selecting image type for a zipped folder? currently, png
select if row or column-wise in the grid

When downloading a pdf file with arranged plots, there is the blank page before the results.

Solutions to be checked:

change package from gridExtra to ggpubr - not working correctly or I've chosen wrong parameters

The issue is closed, as the bug is not part of the functionality, but on the R side.

Testing download added as a scenario for tests in #74
