Unify the usage of Angular Material directives across the website #106

The directives are used differently across the pages causing different styles across the pages sometimes. For example, in the hadith page, the labels are in bold black. But if you open the person page, the labels are in grey.

We stopped using Angular Material (see #266), so closing this one.
