Create permissions page

We need to create a page for giving permissions to users.

Current permissions I am considering:

• Can add hadith
• Can delete hadith
• Can edit hadith
• Can add person
• Can delete person
• Can edit person
• Can add tag
• Can delete tag
• Can edit tag
• Can approve unapproved data
• Can unapprove approved data

Open Questions:

• Should we allow users to give permissions to other users?

At the moment, I created the /#/permissions page which only shows the permissions the users have. If we want to give users permissions, we will have to do manually from the database now, which I think is enough in the early stages of the application until we start having more users.
