Consider moving from cdnjs to unpkg #393

I just noticed that Angular (not AngularJS) is not available on cdnjs. I checked online and from the description of unpkg it seems that it has every package in npmjs, so it is much better to use it instead.

This issue was moved to hadithhouse/HadithHouseWeb#8
