feat(bnd) Add more pipeline steps to Jenkinsfile

Split the build step into the following steps:

• Build
• Lint
• Test
• Cleanup

The advantages to this are:

• If the build fails, it will be easy to tell which steps failed by looking at the pipeline.
• Makes reporting easier if we want to report the reason of failure.
• Improve build speed on production, since we don't have to repeat lint and test stages since it is the same code base.
