Skeleton and POC work for 3 files. 1-Added DI for notification builder, need more modification related to different notification based on one time or periodic etc. 2-Added notification service skeleton, can be modify with respect to different priority and channel. 3 - Added broadcast receiver for action button on notification bar.[Extras]
