We currently have three datasets (case-shiller, house-price-index, housing-opportunity-index) with house price indices. What is the difference between? Do we need all three?

I posted a readme.md on the main page titles NOTES.

This has the difference between the FHFA and Case-shiller HPI. I think it is important to keep both. The basic mathematics is the same, but they use slightly different data.

I also removed the Housing-opportunity-index because it was really incomplete.
