This is a minimal attempt to close #343. It does two things:

Updates code in several chapters to refer to linewidth rather than size
Adds a brief discussion of the linewidth aesthetic based on https://www.tidyverse.org/blog/2022/11/ggplot2-3-4-0/#hello-linewidth
