Added a plot of several data analysis package downloads from PyPi #7

This adds a plot of the PyPi monthly package downloads. As we discussed on twitter, its tough to interpret because not everyone uses PyPi. Interestingly, there is a massive spike of downloading in March 2013, and I don't know what the reason is.
