Number Figures in Final Report #6

From this peer review for milestone03, it was suggested that I label the plots for easier reference in the text of the report.

I personally do not know how to do this in a dynamic way that will work for both html and pdf output simultaneously. I explored the bookdown output, which might work, and will experiment more when time permits.

Another approach might be to import the images with R code chunks. Then I should be able to take advantage of some of the built-in mechanics for dynamically numbering and referencing figures. Again, I will experiment when time permits.

This is not going to be implemented as it would require too much work to implement both in html and pdf output formats.
