Oh wait, i just realized the README wasn't meant to be read on GitHub, I'm closing this, sry :)

Yeah, that’s unfortunate. The fix for this, I guess, would be to detect that situation in cargo-sync-readme and change the link on the fly, but that seems a bit complicated…
