Support for UK region? #171

so looking at the region setting it seems like it will not work for amazon.co.uk is that correct?

if it is can it be added?

PR to add the UK region https://github.com/hadynz/obsidian-kindle-plugin/pull/172. not a JS or Typescript person so hope this ok
