Enable French region #180

This PR adds support for the amazon.fr region.

Hello @hadynz

Please note that my knowledge of node.js and obsidian is too limited to do any form of validation of this PR. I apologize for this. I guess that release number and likewise tweaking are outside of the scope of this kind of contribution.

Any advise, pointers, or coaching for helping would be welcome.
