When highlighting and leaving comment on an image, the highlighted image and comment are not synced to my Kindle notes in Obsidian.

I would like to be able to see images that I have highlighted and commented on when syncing my Kindle notes.

I haven't considered any alternative solutions.
Additional context
Highlighted images simply aren't included in the notes when they sync to Obsidian, so I cannot provide any additional context or screenshots.
