Support Matrix-Palettized LTB Files #23

Follow-up to #20

I implemented almost full LTB support. Only real thing missing is matrix-palette support. However I have not found a ltb in the wild that supports this, so I never really needed to implement it.

The information is in the pc_ltb.bt 010 Editor template file.
