SPAWN let me know that some people are missing Pain41.wav which causes crashing on multiplayer.

Might as well include it.

People who experience this fails to load nolfu003.rez, it does not qualify as a bug I suppose. It should be loaded before nolfgoty.rez in startup.txt

Pain41.wav is included in nolfu003.rez along with Blizzard_am and Beaujolais_am.
