Can't move the cursor over the whole area of the UI. #30

Hi When I switch to a higher resolution the screen area where I can move the cursor becomes restricted. I can't get to some elements. This is a issue by default if the game resolution is higher than the destop's, otherwise it only happens when manually changing resolutions.
