Bugs/28 localize hardcoded strings #34

This fixes https://github.com/haekb/nolf1-modernizer/issues/28

I couldn't find any additional hard coded strings. (Aside from the lithtech tech demo map name..)

I've implemented the previously hard coded jukebox song list, into an attribute file. I've also Included basic instructions on how one would localize and package that localization up!
