Fixes #20

Adds an option to Display, and restarts the renderer on change so the change is immediately available.

I've also included a hex-edited lithtech.exe that jumps over some code that would make windowed mode anti-aliasing unavailable.

I cannot figure out how to fix the 1 pixel offset for 2d elements on screen. (Like cinematic black bars.)

So I'll just keep the (There may be visual bugs!) notice in the help text.
