Merge jukebox themes #39

Currently there are themes that share directories but use different control files.

I've modified the existing Japan/Ohio combo into JapanJukebox.txt that should be on master shortly.

Didn't seem to be much of a problem, the hardest part will be actually getting proper theme and song names!

This is on hold while I'm waiting to receive official song titles 👀

I've received some good suggestions which I'll be implementing later. I'll also be renaming "Themes" to "Records" and giving each theme a title, also based on the list I received. Hopefully that'll make the DirectMusic "InitLevel" load time more reasonable...
