Interface fixes #4

Much easier than NOLF1! They have a SetScale function! 😍

I'm happy where this is at. I'll fix additional interface problems as they come up.

Right now pretty much every UI element I could find through the first two chapters is scaled properly. Some elements need to be re-initialized, but I'll need to handle that in a later PR.
