Looks like there is an error - likely due to failure to scale the angstrom mask diameter to the appropriate scale during 2Dstream - error given "WARNING! Mask diameter too large, falling back on default value; simple_parameters.f90; line: 1188" - while using a 125A diameter for apo-ferritin, which is suitable in all other workflows
