CMake is ready to go!

  1. I would like to remove test_code and production/simple_tests since they are now in tests. HE: Go ahead
  2. The examples folder should not be in release HE: Doesn't matter
  3. The PDF manual should be released in the tar.gz and not the Latex version HE: It will be on the webpage
