Hi @haesleinhuepf,

I modified some notebooks sorted under feature extraction:

Quantitative image analysis
Statistics using SimpleITK -> I added a notebook Statistics using Scikit image
I added a schematic of feature categories
Comparison of measurements from different libraries (mostly added text here and explained Bland-Altman Plot)
Added link to Feature extraction blogpost in literature

Let me know if you want me to change something, I am happy to do so.

I now changed the gitignore file so that not all .csv and .png files are ignored.
