plugin can't be imported without napari_pyclesperanto_assistant. #2

found while testing stuff for all plugins:

_clearcontrol_dataset_dock_widget.py uses from napari_pyclesperanto_assistant import Assistant, but it's not in the project dependencies

This should be resolved with version 0.4.0
