add git-bob github workflow #186

This adds git-bob's github-workflow to the project. git-bob is an assistant, modifying the code in this repository using an LLM via pull-requests. This is NO new dependency and it does not change the behaviour of the code directly.

I'm testing it right here in this pull-request, to see if installation was successful:
