Define toolboxes?

Idea: bio-bob himself does nothing, but there is an image acquisition toolbox, and they must be loaded.

Default set of tools to be managed and/or modified.

the new version of bia-bob is not "limited" anymore by available tools. Thanks for the proposal anyway!
